Ideal for preparing different types of desserts: Bavarian cream, panna cotta, mousse and semifreddo, for the preparation and decoration of savoury dishes such as aspic, pates and jellies based on meat, poultry, fish and vegetables.
A 12g sachet is enough to prepare 500g of gelatine.
