Negroni Zampone 1kg (Dublin Only)

Zampone (pork sausage stuffed in pig's trotter) is prepared by mincing the pork meat in a mincer. Trimming can be performed before this process, when required. The mixture thus obtained is stuffed into a natural casing formed by the pig’s front leg complete with distal phalanx and tied at the top end.

The product is then packed in aluminum bags and precooked under vacuum or at atmospheric pressure. Zampone 100% Italian Meat has a soft texture and an unmistakably pronounced aroma.
