Mutti Tomato Vinegar (Aceto di Pomodoro) is a flavorful, low acidity vinegar with an aroma reminiscent of sundried tomatoes.  Obtained by processing ripe tomatoes in a natural way, it is particularly suitable for marinades, reducing into a concentrated glaze, or dressing a salad.
