A very creamy sauce, with an unusual orange color, in which the flavor of red and yellow peppers is sweetened by fresh ricotta.
Ingredients: Peppers 60%, ricotta 20% (*), extra virgin olive oil, tomato, dehydrated grated cheese (*), sugar, oregano, salt. Acidity regulator: (E270) lactic acid. Allergens: (*) milk and milk products. May contain traces of cashews, peanuts, walnuts, and fish.
