It's a raw pesto, releasing the intoxicating aroma of fresh basil. It's balanced and flavorful, thanks in part to the Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and delicate extra virgin olive oil that make it particularly creamy.
FRANTOIO BIANCO's fresh pesto with Genoese DOP basil is ready to use. It's highly concentrated, so we recommend diluting it with a little extra virgin olive oil and always consuming it raw to maintain the freshness and aroma of the fresh basil.
