An unusual pesto, delicate and light, made with tender artichoke hearts that blend beautifully with the ingredients of Genoese pesto. A recipe from Grandma Maiè, who prepared it at Easter, when artichokes were harvested in Aurigo and mixed with chopped basil, preserved in oil and salt from the previous summer.

Perfect for seasoning pasta, preferably short and sautéed for a few minutes in a pan, it is a versatile condiment for bruschetta and sandwiches.

Ingredients: Artichokes 50%, extra virgin olive oil, fresh Genoese PDO basil, cashews (*), Parmigiano Reggiano PDO (**), pine nuts, garlic, corn starch, wheat fiber (GLUTEN FREE), salt.
