Festonati belong to the special dry pasta family and is tube-shaped with scalloped edges which are reminiscent of the typical streamers used as decorations for festive occasions.
They are particularly suited for preparing plates of pasta served with dense, colourful sauces of meat of fish, with green vegetables or vegetables, or strong cheeses.
