Description
A soft brioche made using traditional yeast and left to rise naturally for 20 hours, smothered in chocolate cream and covered in crunchy sugar sprinkles.
Ingredients : WHEAT flour, cocoa coating (20.8%) [sugar, vegetable fats (palm kernel, coconut, palm), fat-reduced cocoa powder (19%), emulsifiers: lecithins (SOYA); natural vanilla flavouring], sugar, sourdough [WHEAT flour, water], glucose-fructose syrup, EGG YOLK, vegetable oils and fats (palm, sunflower), sugar granules (4.2%), chocolate (1.8%), dextrose, palm oil, lactose-free skimmed MILK powder*, brewer's yeast, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, flavourings, thickeners: pectins; natural flavourings, HAZELNUT paste.
