Our Croissants are made using an ancient secret: Bauli yeast, which after a long natural leavening time, gives the product an unmistakable softness. But the biggest surprise is the irresistible cherry filling inside for a real treat.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, cherry filling (22.5%) [cherry pulp (35.9%), glucose- fructose syrup, sugar, gelling agent: pectin; acidity regulator: citric acid; flavourings], palm oil, mother yeast [WHEAT flour, water], sugar, barn EGGS, glucose- fructose syrup, sunflower oil, brewer’s yeast, pasteurised whole MILK, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, flavourings.
