A soft puff, enveloping a luscious apricot jam combined with a traditional Italian baking technique is the recipe for absolute bliss. Made using naturally leavened “mother dough” with natural yeast and Italian apricots, these Croissants are an all-time favourite.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, apricot filling (22.5%) [apricot pulp (35.6%), glucose- fructose syrup, sugar, gelling agent: pectin; acidity regulator: citric acid;  avourings], palm oil, mother yeast [WHEAT flour, water], sugar, barn EGGS, glucose- fructose syrup, sunflower oil, brewer’s yeast, pasteurised whole MILK, emulsifier:
mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, flavourings. May contain SOYBEANS, NUTS, MUSTARD.
