From the refined grapes of the best hilly areas of Valdobbiadene within the 
D.o.c.g area, we obtain this sparkling wine with unmistakable fragrances and flavours of green 
apple and scents of acacia and ripened wisteria. It has a slightly straw yellow and glossy colour 
with a subtle and persistent perlage. 
  
Recommended cuisine: At first served as aperitif, then with steamed or oven-cooked shellfish, 
scampi, sole, liver pt as well as with moderately sweet desserts.
